At Beacon Coaching, we are driven by championing women to achieve career success. We offer coaching sessions designed to ensure women are supported in their return to work post maternity leave or alternative career gap. Beacon Coaching is female founded and Fiona is extremely passionate about ensuring women are able to fulfil potential and given equal opportunities.

Fiona is experienced in working with women on maternity leave who wish to focus and practically prepare for discussions and negotiations. Being a mother of three and managing 3 children under 5 has meant Fiona has experienced true resilience and is a very successful negotiator!

We understand that self-esteem and confidence can often be linked to position within a company. When women step away from their work identity they can have feelings of loss and imposter syndrome and consequently find the return difficult as they need to re-validate position. Coaching is proven to help women reclaim their confidence and support a positive mindset that will be different to the pre-pregnancy mindset. We are here to navigate the balance of being a professional and being a mother.
