Fiona believes passionately in the power of leadership training and change management. Her agency experience involved managing restructures and has first hand experience in operational change and how psychological safety can be instrumental to an organisation’s bottom line.

“Undertaking ILM 7 has given me the training and insight into the power of harnessing individual strengths. A leader who is willing to reflect, grow and be challenged will be a more effective leader and they have the power to impact employee engagement, company culture and bottom line. All too often managers find themselves in leadership roles without training and we owe it to our colleagues and ourselves to strive for understanding, empathy and fulfilment. Leaders should be better equipped with the right skills. An investment in coaching will develop higher levels of performance at all levels for individuals, their teams and clients.
